SONGMICS HOME CLUB TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. ABOUT SONGMICS HOME CLUB

1.1 INTRODUCTION

Welcome to the SONGMICS HOME CLUB ("our," "us", "our loyalty program" or "Program")! SONGMICS HOME CLUB is an exclusive reward program for our fans to redeem rewards, get access to events, and receive member exclusive promotions. Once you've joined our loyalty program, you can upgrade and earn rewards with every purchase you make. By becoming a member, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1.2 APPLICABILITY

The Program is available online at SONGMICSHOME.co.uk. Every account can register for the program at once. Every purchase you make will be credited to your account.

1.3 CONDITIONS

Purchases are necessary to raise your membership level and unlock new rewards. Only purchases paid through the means of payment available on the SONGMICS HOME website are eligible. Purchases of merchandise and gift cards will grant membership tier points. Payments done through SONGMICS HOME gift cards or refunds do not grant membership tier points.

1.4 MEMBERSHIP

There is no fee for the SONGMICS HOME CLUB. Only individuals can become SONGMICS HOME CLUB members and membership is limited to one account per individual.
Membership is possible from the age of 18. As a member, you are responsible for keeping your personal data and contact details in your account up-to-date.
SONGMICS HOME reserves the right to terminate the membership of those who have violated any of the terms and conditions. Any fraudulent activity or attempt to manipulate or abuse the program will result in the account being removed from the program without notice. Upon termination of membership, all outstanding coupons and outstanding rewards associated with the membership are forfeited.

2. MEMBERSHIP LEVELS

2.1 INTRODUCTION

SONGMICS HOME CLUB membership has 3 membership levels: Level S1 is available to all registered members; Level S2 and Level S3 are only available to members who made purchases. Only purchases done since the start of the loyalty program are counted.

3.1 INTRODUCTION

Membership in the program entitles you to various offers and rewards. The details of these offers are set out from time to time on the program website.

3.2 ABOUT BONUS POINTS

Bonus points can be exchanged for products or coupons. Bonus points are gained through purchases and participation in activities.

3.3 OTHERS

Details and terms of any offers as set out on the website are valid for your effective membership period unless otherwise specified on the website.

Rewards from SONGMICS HOME CLUB cannot be used for purchasing gift cards or applied to past purchases.

Coupons are only applicable to your registered site.

4. MORE DETAILS

4.1 APPROVAL

By joining our loyalty program, you are deemed to have read and agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions. SONGMICS HOME reserves the right to alter, limit, or modify the SONGMICS HOME CLUB rules with respect to rewards, eligibility for membership, or any other feature of the SONGMICS HOME CLUB and/or may terminate the SONGMICS HOME CLUB at any time at its sole discretion, by giving reasonable notice on the website and/or by email. You can refer to the latest version of these terms on this page. By continuing to use SONGMICS HOME membership rights after the terms of these rules have changed, you will be deemed to have accepted the revised rules. If you do not accept the revised rules, you are required to terminate your membership.

4.2 TERMINATION AND/OR REMOVAL

You may cancel your membership at any time through your account on the website or by contacting SONGMICS HOME customer service. It is your responsibility to check or review these terms regularly to stay informed of any changes.

Please note that terminating your membership means that you will only be able to shop at SONGMICSHOME.co.uk using the guest check-out and any outstanding points and rewards in your account will be forfeited.

4.3 LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

SONGMICS HOME may modify the terms of the program including the rewards and levels, suspend or terminate this program for any reason (including in the event of fraud or attempted fraud), which may result in loss of purchase and the cancellation of all rewards and privileges associated with the program. Any abuse of the program, failure to comply with any provision of the program, any misrepresentation or any action that damages SONGMICS HOME's interests, fraud or attempted fraud may result in the member being revoked from membership and will affect the member's eligibility for further participation in the program.

4.4 COMMUNICATIONS

Should the terms and conditions be modified, suspended or terminated, SONGMICS HOME will notify all members via mail, email, and other marketing channels that you have given permission to, as well as show all changes on this page. Unsubscribing will cause you to not receive our messages in time. Please note that SONGMICS HOME may continue to send you emails concerning changes or information about your account and SONGMICS HOME CLUB membership.

SONGMICS HOME reserves the right to modify, update or discontinue the membership terms of SONGMICS HOME CLUB at any time, which may involve changes of level status and rewards. Finally, SONGMICS HOME has the right to ultimate interpretation.
